Information for Clients
Thank you for your interest in my work.
For commission inquiries, please email me at the address below.
I generally do not accept commission requests via social media direct messages.
If you do not receive a reply within a few days, please resend your email, as messages may occasionally be missed or fail to arrive. Please include “Commission Request” in the subject line.
Commissions from private individuals are also welcome. The guidelines below generally apply to all commissions. Please feel free to get in touch.
Please include the following information in your inquiry
- Project description
- Budget
- Artwork dimensions
- Intended use (e.g., editorial, magazine, book cover, advertising, commercial use)
- Preferred schedule, including both the sketch review date and the final delivery date
Workflow
1. Project discussion
We will confirm the project details, schedule, and fee.
If you require a contract, purchase order, or any other documents, please let me know at this stage.
2. Sketch submission & review
– I will prepare and send sketches for your review and approval.
3. Final artwork
– Once the sketches are approved, I will proceed with the final artwork.
4. Final Delivery
– The completed artwork will be delivered by the agreed deadline.
5. Payment
– Payment will be made according to the agreed schedule and terms.
– Payment via PayPal. Alternative payment methods can be discussed if needed.
Notes
- If you would like to use artwork from my website or portfolio in a presentation or proposal, I would appreciate it if you could let me know in advance.
- I am unable to accept commissions featuring copyrighted characters or other third-party intellectual property unless they are part of an officially licensed project.
- These guidelines may be updated without prior notice.
